1. General Provisions
These Terms of Purchase apply to all orders placed through our website. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice. The terms that were published at the time of purchase apply.
2. Products
The page shows RC cars and related equipment.
We try to ensure that all information (description, photos, specifications) is accurate, but minor deviations in color, appearance or specifications compared to the actual product are possible.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros
Prices include VAT
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but the change will not affect already confirmed orders.
4. Ordering process
1. The buyer selects the desired product and adds it to the cart.
2. After entering the delivery and payment information, the order is confirmed by clicking the “Order” button.
3. The buyer receives an e-mail with an order confirmation and purchase details.
4. The order is considered valid only after the seller confirms it and sends a notification that it has been sent.
5. Payment methods
The buyer can make payment in one of the following ways:
• Cash on delivery (payment to the courier upon pickup)
• Cards (VISA, MasterCard, etc.)
• Bank transfer / payment to the account
6. Delivery
Delivery is made via courier service on the territory of Montenegro.
Delivery time is usually 1 to 5 business days.
Delivery costs are 5.00 euros or free for purchases over 150.00 euros
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
7. Complaints and returns
The buyer has the right to make a complaint if:
• the product is defective,
• the wrong model was delivered.
The complaint must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product, by sending an e-mail to office.rcmontenegro@gmail.com
The buyer is obliged to attach proof of purchase and photos of the non-conformity.
In the event of an approved complaint, the buyer receives:
• a replacement product, or
• a refund, or
• a repair (if possible).
8. Warranty
RC cars have a 24-month warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
• damage caused by improper handling,
• water, impacts, modifications,
• normal wear and tear of parts (batteries, tires, gears, etc.).
9. Data protection
All data entered by the buyer during the purchase process is stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is used exclusively for the execution of the order.
